Data protection provisions: bodin.consulting stores and processes your personal data only if you voluntarily submit it to us for a specific purpose (e.g. as part of an inquiry). Your personal data will be processed confidentially and exclusively for our own business purposes. The Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) applies.
Your stored personal data is protected in all systems against misuse and unauthorized access. Only a certain group of authorised persons has access to it via user ID and password and is bound to data secrecy.
We use your data to tailor communication to your needs and to improve the support of our stakeholders. Except for the FrankGPT processing described below, personal user data will not be passed to third parties or used in any other way without prior consent. This does not apply if the passing on of personal user data is necessary after justified acceptance:
- for the legal protection of users;
- to meet legal requirements
- to defend and protect the rights of bodin.consulting;
- to comply with these Terms of Use; or to remedy technical difficulties of the Services.
bodin.consulting points out that websites of other providers that can be accessed via the www.bodin.consulting website may not be subject to the data protection regulations set out here. bodin.consulting assumes no responsibility or liability for the observance of data protection on these sites.
Interaction with FrankGPT: When you use FrankGPT, we store your messages, the replies and timestamps on our server. The site owner can read conversations in the password-protected CMS. They remain stored until deleted; there is no automatic deletion period. To screen for abusive requests, we send your message and recent conversation history through OpenRouter to TypeSafe Jev. To answer, we send this information to the selected chat model provider. Web search may be used when needed. Please do not enter confidential information in the chat.
If you submit the contact form in the chat, only the details you confirm are emailed to contact@bodin.ch. The chat transcript is not included.
